Increase of market share and sales volume in accordance with the annual schedule;
Ensuring the participation of the key events;
Launching of new products of the company in accordance with the plan;
Main job responsibilities:
Development and implementation of effective marketing strategy for promoting the Division's products based on the company's global strategy, taking into account the state of the local market for laboratory diagnostics in the blood service.
Leads development of short-term and long-term strategies for the launch and promotion of the Division's products on the market for laboratory diagnostics of the blood service. Provides a study of the main factors that form the dynamics of consumer demand for the Division's products, the ratio of supply and demand for similar types of products, technical and other consumer qualities of competing products.
To develop an annual marketing and financial plan (budget) for promoting the Division's products, determines the cost structure of the Marketing function.
Planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing marketing programs, events and research with the aim of expanding market share and increasing the level of sales of the Division's products.
Controlling implementation of events on time, within the established budget, in compliance with the accepted format of the event.
Collection and monitoring of information on the dynamics of market development, available products on it to predict the current and future situation, actively identifies and evaluates areas of potential problems and their solutions; forecasts the market for laboratory diagnostics in the Blood Service and the position of products on it.
Monitoring of pricing policy and demand for competitors' products.
Preparation, coordination at the local level and with the headquarters, production of promotional and informational materials in Russian necessary for the work of the Sales Department of the Division.
Marketing communications within the company, outside the company, controls the compliance of these communications with the policies and strategies of the company and the Division.
