The Associate Director, Patient Services and Allied HCP Marketing will lead the development and implementation of commercial strategy and corresponding tactics in an omni- channel approach, for the US market to support multiple indication launches in solid tumors, starting with various GI tumors (Esophageal, Gastric), and rapidly growing into Lung and others.
Responsibilities: * Lead consumer/patient /caregiver HCP marketing * Lead marketing related to nurses and other allied healthcare professionals who support/guide patients * Key contact & brand team lead for patient services (including patient support & assistance, reimbursement, and financial assistance), in collaboration with appropriate Novartis teams * Key brand contact for Public Relations, Communications, and Patient Engagement / Advocacy * Lead all aspects of execution of non-branded and branded campaigns, and evolve as needed * Plan and execute plans in an omni-channel approach (including digital/non-personal (NPP)) * Collaborate on testing pathways with precision medicine colleagues as it relates to the patient/ caregiver and allied healthcare audiences as vital based on therapeutic indication * Strategically develop and lead marketing plans and implement activities and tactics. Lead the budgeting requests and execute the initiatives - on budget and on time * Drive new insights through integration of information from patients/ caregivers/ patient associations/ advocacy groups/ nurses/ allied healthcare professionals and customers * Responsible for coordination of DTC/DTP marketing strategy and initiatives across functions.
