As the Director, HCP Marketing - CRM, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of professional promotion for specifically directed at cardiologists and primary care physicians, as well as within the hospital environment. You will closely partner with all marketing disciplines, (Consumer, Systems of Care, etc.), and cross-functional US teams (e.g., Sales, Analytics, Market Access, etc.) to deliver strategically sound, ROI generating and best in class professional promotion.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Office Based CARDS and PCP:
* Lead both branded and unbranded promotional professional strategies to effectively drive customer engagement across cardiology and primary care customer segments * Oversee the development and tactical implementation of the professional brand plan (e.g., personal promotion, multichannel marketing, field force pull through) * Provide leadership to direct report(s) including coaching, advising and developing * Monitor the product performance, competitive environment and customer base to quickly adapt and adjust as needed * Drive a strategic mindset focused on identifying the key brand opportunities and making bold choices to drive impact * Partner with brand head and/or lead, in some instances, cross brand strategic initiatives (e.g., integrated product strategy, life cycle management, competition) * Lead the development of innovative solutions that can be launched nationally or in a test and learn approach before being nationally scaled * Ensure strategic and tactical alignment and integration of activities into the broader commercialization efforts in the U.S.
Hospital/Institutional Marketing: * Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a Hospital and Hospital System strategy. * Translate customer insights into a strategic platform that will drive performance within hospitals and hospital systems. * Conduct a robust Hospital segmentation to identify the key customers to call on and determine appropriate customization or different messages based on the customer's priorities. * Have a clear understanding of health economics, outcomes research, alter- native payment models and customer clinical/financial motivations and be able to guide and inform how to best build and utilize this information.
