About the Job:
The primary role of the Marketing Manager, Executive Education is to develop and execute digital marketing and communications plans to drive reputation, engagement and enrollment for Kellogg Executive Education Programs. This position reports to the Managing Director of Marketing for Kellogg Executive Education. This role works in close partnership with a team of digital marketers, content, and web specialists. This role is focused on direct digital marketing, CRM, and telemarketing.
This is an exciting time to join Kellogg Executive Education. We are rebuilding our marketing technology stack and investing in our technical capabilities.
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience (marketing, communications, direct mail, digital/social media).

Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
Strong ability to collaborate across departments and functions; proven relationship builder.
Able to work under deadline pressure and adjust priorities independently to meet changing business needs in an entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with marketing for higher education or other student-based institutions
Marketing-related experience in CRM-oriented businesses
Experience at or working closely with marketing agencies.
Experience with email marketing, direct marketing and the technologies that support it.
