What you will do:
The Associate Manager, Marketing Technology & Adoption is responsible for the deployment of new technology and systems that support the sales and marketing teams inclusive of training, communications, system readiness, and hypercare. This role will lead the governance committee to manage enhancements and engagement with the technology.
You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the technologies and associated business processes leveraged by marketing and sales are maintained and meet business expectations. This includes data management, technology support, trainings, and change management communications. Technologies include but are not limited to salesforce, workfront, highspot
You will lead deployment activities including training, communications, system readiness, and hypercare
You will develop and lead a governance committee to manage the development and execution of technology enhancements
You will provide regular adoption metrics to data & insights manager for regular reporting
You will develop effective relationships with IT, senior business leaders, product teams, field marketing teams, field sales representatives, marketing operations, and experiential marketing to drive adoption of technologies
Understand how the sales environment outline the most viable product.
What you need:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
6+ years of work experience
2+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Salesforce experience or another CRM platform exposure
Adobe experience is a nice to have
Ability to manage complex technology implementations.
