Our Brand Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer to manage the health of the brand - driving awareness and building brand affinity. The successful candidate will be an individual who embodies and upholds our values, is entrepreneurial, resourceful and energetic, and a creative thinker. This role will work in close partnership with other verticals in marketing – creative, retention, growth marketing, and our site team. This role reports to our Chief Marketing Officers and the Social Media Marketing Associate will report to this role.
Lead programs upholding marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, conversion, retention, and advocacy through executional plans to support high growth goals with full understanding of the entire customer journey
Drive the project management, campaign development, and execution of marketing initiatives for annual brand campaigns
Create, curate, and maintain social calendar and communicate cross channel involvement through all departments
Generate innovative campaign channel activation ideas to drive objectives
Product: Partner closely with design and merchandising to align on key business strategies, product priorities, and positioning objectives
Customer: Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to determine customer lens and identify relevant insights
Marketplace: Bring in market trends and opportunities, competitive insights and customer mindset, hypotheses to shape campaign strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being scrappy
Proven leader with a talent for growing and coaching team members
