As the Marketing Specialist, Property Marketing, you ll have a big mission to strategize, create, organize, and launch property marketing strategies for new BH communities across the country. You re a collaborative, hands-on Marketing Specialist who can coordinate and manage project initiatives to completion. You ll have an incredibly strong support system to lean on, reporting to the Manager of Property Marketing and working side-by-side with design, digital, social, and leasing + marketing subject-matter experts on the corporate marketing team. You're the perfect combination of organized + analytical + creative. Not only can you brainstorm a catchy new community name for a property going through a rebrand, you also understand how that new name will impact organic search rankings and the cost of changing the monument signage. You understand how a property s submarket, class, unit count, amenities, specials, brand, and budget will affect their marketing strategy and you can craft the right plan to fit. And not only can you nurture a new property from due diligence, to launch, through a successful first 30-days under the BH umbrella, you re also an expert communicator, keeping both your team and your stakeholders in the loop on the plan to ensure flawless execution. You dive head-first into every project, rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. And once the takeover, lease-up, or disposition is complete, you understand the value in taking a moment to express gratitude to the village who helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as what was done here at BH!
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
As a jack-of-all-marketing-trades, you understand the tactical side of marketing and how a wide variety of marketing tasks are completed within their respective systems.
2+ years in a project management or administrative coordinator role.
You are comfortable with task management, achieving deadlines, understanding dependencies, and organizing project plans through to completion.
Balancing competing priorities is your forte , and you have excellent judgement and quick decision-making skills.
Comfortable managing requests and follow-ups directly with our trusted marketing vendors.
Next-level written and verbal communication.
You love keeping your customers informed of progress.
An eye for design and a familiarity with modern graphic design systems and tools.
You re super comfortable using our template library to design new floor plan pages or brochures for a newly acquired community yourself.
You are comfortable with your work being request-driven and thrive in an environment where each day could bring something different to the queue. Happily autonomous with healthy communication skills.
You love to work your project plans independently, and you keep everyone in your sphere informed of your progress.
Launch dates are your north stars! Incredible awareness of prospect and resident sales cycles.
You understand how a property s submarket, class, unit count, amenities, specials, brand, and budget will impact their marketing strategy and you can weave the right plan for any scenario.
You're confident gently and collaboratively defending your marketing strategies - convincing stakeholders across the company to sign-off on the right budgets, expenses, and tools but you also understand the value in crowdsourcing to find the right solutions.
Experience using tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, and Trello.
Familiarity with real estate, multifamily operations (conventional + student housing), and equities and investments is ideal, but not a deal breaker. We re great teachers
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (work schedules may vary depending on business needs).
