Focus for the role will include but not limited to future indications and launch planning. A major responsibility will be to lead Omnichannel marketing in which you will be responsible to develop best in industry, innovative omnichannel marketing strategies and programs leveraging new channels and emerging technology to support the brand's strategic imperatives across current indications and upcoming future launches. * Omnichannel Strategy: Develops best in industry, innovative omnichannel marketing strategies and programs leveraging new channels and emerging technology to support the brand's strategic imperatives across multiple indications and future launches. * Future Indications and Launch Planning: Help define future indication insights, strategic focus, and launch planning. Provide early commercial insights and guidance to Global colleagues to ensure that US voice and input is provided in early stage commercial evaluations and planning. Lead insights and market research planning and execution through KOL interactions, spearheading qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives, and partnering with internal analytics teams. * Customer Centricity: Identifies opportunities to set new direction to improve customer experience across multiple customer segments. Delivers insights by collaborating with the Commercial Acceleration and Analytics team and supplementing with additional research (i.e. competitive, industry trends as needed. * Portfolio & Customer Integration: Drives cross-portfolio and cross-channel view of HCPs, consumers, and payers by indication. Responsible for synergizing journeys and accelerating the connectivity across various touchpoints and audiences
