The USC Alumni Association â within the Division of University Advancement â supports the overall advancement of USC by engaging alumni, building a culture of philanthropy among the Trojan Family, and being the representative voice for all USC alumni.

With more than 442,000 members worldwide, the USC Alumni Association supports more than 100 affiliated alumni organizations, including regional, alumnae (womenâs), generational, affinity and school-based groups, and industry networks. These groups collectively distribute several million dollars each year in scholarships. In addition, the USC Alumni Association hosts hundreds of events and programs around the world, and provides benefits and services to all alumni.
The USC Alumni Association (USCAA) is seeking a Manager, Marketing to join its team. The incumbent will work closely with the associate director of marketing and the executive director of alumni relations.
Manages day-to-day department email marketing workflow, working with multiple stakeholders Â
Manages email subscriber data, including audience build and CRM integration Â
Assists in the creation and execution of membership email marketing campaigns Â
Oversees day-to-day engagement on USCAA social media channels Â
Assists in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns for USCAA signature events Â
Assists in the preparation and serves as the on-site manager of on-site activation activities (requires some weekend and evening hours) Â
Assists in department annual merchandise order Â
Assists with organizing and curating event photos Â
Prepares financial documents and assists in marketing department budget requirements Â
Assists with website copy and feature updates Â
Assists in ensuring all USCAA materials uphold brand standards
Other duties as assigned
