We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Insights Consulting.
Provide support on Insight Consulting AOP Plan ensuring alignment with business line plans
Work closely with Business and Marketing partners to develop actionable customer insights based on Business and Marketing requests
Translate research and analytics data into business ready insight narratives
Support in the development of reports and easily digestible presentations that inform stakeholders of the customer story for markets and broad segments
Manage the customer journey mapping using design thinking approaches to support the improvement of key customer experiences
Support the development and socialisation of best in class approaches to customer insight development
Serve as a key point of contact for the global insight team and business marketing teams
Ongoing prioritisation of customer insight programmes to align with evolving Business requirements
Manage external regional and local agency relationship, vendor management and delivery as appropriate
Experience in developing customer insight using multiple data sources
Ability to distil complex business and customer environment into simple, strategically sound and insight led stories.
Good understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as communications development.
Ability at creative storytelling using data driven insights, and the ability to bring complex consumer data to life for non technical marketing and business partners
Experience in working with and developing relationships with third party agency partners
Confident working with multiple internal partners and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously
Go getter with experience building positive working relationships and working in cross functional teams with differing levels of analytics understanding
Demonstrating ability to identify strategic needs based solutions both now and in the future.
Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
