The National Weather Association (NWA) is looking for an enthusiastic and creative person with marketing and communication skills to help us grow our association both in members and services. We are looking for an individual who has the skills to:

• Develop, test and implement marketing and communications strategies that achieve results.
  Write, edit and coordinate news and marketing content. 
  Measure, track and report on marketing and communication methods and results.
  Work with member committee volunteers and other staff members as a team to accomplish
  Board of Directors strategic goals while working independently to accomplish tasks.
  Provide exemplary customer service and understand NWA members and potential members. 
  Develop and/or improve processes and procedures.
  Coordinate NWA internal and external communications with the NWA Board, committees, and office
  to ensure communications with NWA members and the public are timely and relevant. 
  Assist with promoting the NWA Foundation to increase revenue for scholarships and grants.
  Develop and implement advertising opportunities.
  Participates in event planning and operation of NWA meetings.
