As a Brand Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for defining and leading the Capital Group brand marketing strategy and ensuring execution is aligned to business objectives, client segment needs and product goals. You will be excited to play an integral part in defining the next phases of our brand strategy and leading cutting-edge campaigns to support, build, and elevate the Capital Group brand. Your areas of oversight will include brand architecture, style guides and other foundational brand assets that will be used globally across the organization, and you will be critical to helping achieve our business goals across key audiences and regions on a global level. You are well versed in navigating a high degree of complexity with stakeholders at all levels, including Sales and Product, to ensure that overall messaging and experiences provide consistency in the overall Capital Group narrative and excellence in creative expression.

You have extensive experience (a minimum of 10-12 years) of direct experience in marketing strategy and execution within an environment whose products/services have deep roots and ties back to a critical and/or vital mission for the audience; your experience within a large corporation in the consumer packaged goods, entertainment, E-Commerce, healthcare, and/or related industry will serve you well as a Brand Marketing Leader within Capital Group
You have a proven track record of developing and executing insights-driven marketing plans that contribute to delivery of business outcomes, as well as a solid grasp of how to translate business objectives into Marketing and Sales programs that achieve both short-term and long-term goals
You shine as a leader in marketing strategy development and as an executor across the marketing mix including research, consumer insights, communications, innovation/product/concept development, advertising, PR and trade/customer marketing
You are passionate about developing brands and have experience building and/or elevating large and global brands
You have an in-depth knowledge of current marketing technology, tools and digital channels, and are fluent in digital marketing, social media, search, content marketing and other marketing channels
You are excited about the possibility of taking a historical brand with a rich heritage, and creating the right strategy to elevate that brand in such a way which will impact a diverse array of audiences worldwide
You are a persuasive, influential and savvy communicator and presenter, as well as have experience developing more junior brand marketers and brand talent in past roles
You are comfortable navigating a highly matrixed corporate environment and collaborating across many stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal
