Objectives
The candidate will contribute to building DBS brand awareness, generating quality leads and driving customer engagement. He or she will focus on but not limited to content development (eNewsletter, social, digital), driving leads via online channels, events execution and competitor study.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute digital marketing activities and manage reporting, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, SMS, social media and display advertising
Use data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and identify insights and opportunities to grow new-to-bank users and upsell existing-to-bank clients
Identify trends, insights and optimize spend to ensure good ROI and CPA
Liaise and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to enhance the awareness of our brand and customer acquisition & engagement
Apart from digital media, candidate also need to support traditional media (eg. Events, direct mails etc..) when required
Content ideation and development for customer communications (eg. eDM , website content, social)
Marketing intelligence - conduct competitors and campaigns analysis
Provide administration support for various marketing campaigns of the team
Other ad hoc duties as required by the management
Requirements
Degree in business related discipline with 4 + years' experience in marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tri-lingual writing and proofreading skills (English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese)
Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to take up challenge and responsibility
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Data-driven mindset and understand basic digital marketing metrics
