Posting Summary: Responsible for the program's marketing and communications strategies
Responsible for the program's overall branding and image, work in collaboration with members of TECTA management to ensure consistent messaging across TECTA programs
Prepares annual marketing plans and create calendar of campaigns and events
Provides evaluations of progress toward recruitment goals
Assist TECTA Program Director in reporting TECTA program related data and statistics
Presentation at local and state professional conferences and meetings
Skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize/reprioritize, review, and monitor systems efficiently to provide reports and deliver feedback effectively
Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects at one time and meet firm deadlines
Ability to communicate with Statewide Partners and other agencies
