MSK is looking for a Manager of Email Marketing that leverages MSKs platforms to operationalize best-in-class email marketing strategy. This role will work in deep partnership with internal business partners to develop, execute and continuously improve performance of consumer and B2B programs. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in optimizing email channels through data-driven strategies while maintaining operational excellence standards. You will be service-oriented with an analytical acumen and an understanding of marketing products and services within digital platforms.
Contribute to the marketing and communications planning processes, bring CRM/database-marketing experience, and provide flawless execution of a growing campaign operation on various platforms.
Lead the strategy, execution and analysis of all email campaigns, journeys and cloud pages on behalf of internal clients ensuring that all campaigns meet business requirements
Work with business partners to manage campaign calendar, define performance objectives, develop testing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization
Manage all stages of email/cloud page production from project in-take, front-end development, audience selection, QA, deployment, and KPI reporting
Keep abreast of CRM and campaign standard methodologies, new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to optimize platform capabilities and campaign performance
Hands-on experience with ESP and marketing technologies, specifically as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer set-up, maintenance and optimization of email campaigns and cloud pages
Proficiency with AMP Script, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions and Automation Studio, A/B Testing, knowledge of HTML preferred
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics
Ability to apply analysis to drive marketing strategy, influence business decisions, and optimize performance
Experience with working across cross-functional teams and are highly collaborative
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and dedicated to quality control
