Fenwick is seeking a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Specialist to develop and execute fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models in a way that improves decision-making across the marketing department. The Specialist should be able to define and implement marketing measurement and reporting strategies that align with the firm’s goals. This position can be based in any of our offices. Responsibilities Include: -
Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. -
Design relationship and conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the digital marketing department and increasing ROI. -
Implement tracking into various marketing initiatives. -
Benchmark performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis. -
Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data. -
Analyze online user behavior, relationship data, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution. -
Spot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure. -
Work daily with analytical software platform. Desired Skills and Qualifications: -
Advanced background in marketing measurement. -
Experience working with large datasets using data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VB scripting), PowerBI, Access, Business Objects, Tableau, or SQL. -
Advanced analytical and statistical modeling skills including the ability to provide data mining solutions to complex and diverse marketing, client management and business relations. -
Working knowledge of how to use A/B or MVT landing page testing to optimize campaigns, and lead generation. -
Expert experience in campaign tracking for URLs using Google UTM and similar tools. -
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. -
Aptitude to train clients on how to use and understand a variety of analytics tools. -
Able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the firm’s core values, business model and competitive landscape. -
Effective management and execution of multiple complex projects, consulting internal clients, and management of multiple resources. -
Stays on top of trends and suggests new approaches to function that improve effectiveness and efficiency. -
Anticipates problems and suggests solutions. -
Recognizes interpersonal dynamics both horizontally and vertically to “manage up,” collaborate laterally and inspire those outside the direct chain of command (eg admin assistants, PGLs). -
Growing knowledge of contemporary organizational development/psychology and management principles. -
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of workplace laws and Fenwick HR policies. -
Proactive in assuming responsibility and anticipating needs in the execution of marketing projects. -
Dedicated to producing excellent work product and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Technology Manager, the qualified candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in marketing strategy development, marketing measurement data mining, marketing research and/or project management. Proven experience/knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce and Marketo preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics/Econometrics, Marketing, or equivalent education and related training.
