The purpose of this position is to support and advance the Centura Health strategy by building awareness in local markets through evidence-based marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for helping to achieve the strategic vision and business goals through a comprehensive integrated marketing program. This position is an integral part of leadership, providing counsel in all enterprise-led Marketing functions. Responsible for training and mentoring marketing staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Seven years of marketing/public relations experience, including demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning and implementation with proven results 
• 2 years of management experience, preferred
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows platform, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of marketing and digital platforms and tools, required
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to orientate new Marketing team members, required
• Leadership skills, good communication, and ability to work under pressure, required
• Ability to work with agency partners to initiate, lead and report out on marketing initiatives, required

Education Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Arts/Science Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field OR equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree, preferred

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting an exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
