We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a GBA Senior Marketing and Service Proposition Manager. Principal Responsibilities
Translate overarching Group strategic objectives into relevant plans, objectives and measures for the business
Development of market consumer, competitor and regulator trend analysis along with strategic implications to GBA
Development of strategic and financial scenarios & options for GBA office consideration
Development of setting out business model architecture to meet medium and long term strategic objectives, inform investment priorities and E2E business KPIs in GBA and relevant support functions
Coordinating cross channel and cross function plans to support business model architecture change
Managing GBA Strategic Business Outlook and key business assumptions for annual operating planning and quarterly updates
Oversight of GBA strategy implementation and related metrics
GBA progressing business development opportunities and identification of strategic partnerships
Deputize as the Head of WPB GBA
Degree graduate in Finance, Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines with proven success in Business Development, Marketing or Consultancy and good understanding of Financial Services industry
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical and problem solving skills, and well developed capability to process high volumes of complex information and synthesis key themes and issues
Results orientated with proven track record, self-directed, change leader, high energy and strong execution capabilities
Strategic thinker with strong customer centric, analytical and innovation mind set
Strong communication skills, good team player and stakeholder management
