Customer Service Duties include:

  • Assisting callers with appropriate action, based on their situation
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems, requests, and document resolutions
  • Inform management of recurring problems
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

Customer Service Required Skills include:
