Project Coordinator, Product Marketing

Key accountabilities

• Undertake a number of key projects and provide requirements and inputs from OTC Product Department's perspectives;
• Act as a primary contact between firm wide Project Manager and Department to raise any feedback and awareness;
• Establish or amend any processes for the team in regards to the new projects;
• Act as a coordinator or support on new product initiatives;
• Address and follow up any inquiries on processes and procedures for the team;
• Collect ongoing requests from the team and to formulate solutions with firm's stakeholders.

Skills & experience

• Degree Holder in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent;
• Sound project experience and able to meet tight deadline;
• 3-5 years experience in product life-cycle or related work experience;
• Good understanding on Private Banking and Wealth Management products and sense of product control and operational flows;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
