We are currently seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Strategic Growth, Marketing & Sales Support. You will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise strategic growth strategy focusing on enterprise marketing and enterprise sales. This will involve building and leading a digital sales, marketing, and strategy team, creating and executing the enterprise marketing strategy and partnering with enterprise sales teams to execute strategies that enable growth.
Formulate enterprise strategy, including roadmap creation and economic implications
Oversee execution of strategic initiatives across institution, including impact tracking
Deliver competitive intelligence research to shape and inform strategy (e.g., market sizing, trends, peer actions and innovation)
Drive a consistent approach and rhythm for strategy process, including supporting Business Unit (BU) and Shared Services strategy formulation
Execute the opportunistic acquisition/due diligence rhythm as necessary, in partnership with finance
Create and drive an external partnership strategy, in concert with the BUs, to foster innovation and improve reach
Create and deliver an executive dashboard with KPIs for leading operational and strategic indicators, as well as lagging financial indicators
Set and execute on enterprise marketing strategy (e.g., brand awareness and familiarity), and advise on BU marketing strategy, across content, social, and direct marketing
Lead sales support and enablement for the enterprise; in partnership with business leadership prioritize and optimize growth strategies, channels (especially digital) and tactics
Enhance digital marketing capabilities for the enterprise and create best practices for the businesses, including SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Determine, set, measure, and track enterprise and BU KPIs for marketing and sales in collaboration with business, including both operational and financial metrics; quickly react to these outcomes in an agile way
Deliver market and voice of customer research for the enterprise, providing a good “ear” to the trends of market; ensure this research informs and is informed by product and business strategy
Set enterprise marketing standards on best practices in content creation by channel, and advise BUs on their content
Shape and execute event planning with a focus on increasing sales, with design input from business
Liaise with communication and creative CoEs on enterprise brand voice and design standards
Build and mentor a team of high-performing digital sales, marketing, and strategy experts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital required; Master’s Degree (MBA, Masters in Marketing or Digital) preferred
Minimum ten years sales and marketing management experience required, experience with B2B, B2C, B2B2C and B2B2B2C marketing experience preferred
Insurance or financial services experience required
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, MS Dynamics required
Proven track record of directing and tracking programs that build engagement and drive sales results required
Manager+ level experience at top-tier consulting firm strongly preferred
Highly organized with great planning skills strongly preferred
Ability to prepare and manage budgets strongly preferred
Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining needs, deliverables, and outcomes preferred
Broad experience of social media and solutions that build internal and external engagement preferred
Deep experience leveraging digital channels and marketing technology for full-funnel demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs preferred
