No Labels seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our expanding outreach team of creative professionals. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and executive marketing projects across a wide variety of digital and social media platforms to help No Labels expand its reach and strengthen efforts to promote bipartisanship and unity in American politics. This position will be responsible for developing and leading the organization’s marketing strategy, maintaining active outward communication on existing and future digital/social media platforms and traditional media, updating website content and execute email marketing. In addition, applicants should possess extensive knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up culture and easily pivots from assignment to assignment. No Labels is also looking for a can-do attitude, the ability to handle multiple projects, strong oral and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The right candidate has a strong awareness of U.S. politics, an understanding of the political system, and is looking to build meaningful relationships with the No Labels network. No Labels is a friendly, fast-paced work environment with a bipartisan, mission-driven team.
Google and Facebook Ads certification will be required upon hire.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and implement social media plans that are timely and strategic.
Independently find and share information relevant to No Labels, employing tactics appropriate to existing and future digital/social media platforms.
Produce and implement plans that increase No Labels’ social media presence, including growing the community and expanding the reach of our message.
Prepares key metrics from marketing campaigns and grassroots campaigns.
Assists in analyzing and reporting impact of communications on organizational success.
Marketing of No Labels events and engagements by creating timelines and executing strategic marketing strategies.
Build brand guidelines to help to ensure all materials follow the No Labels brand.
Utilize and monitor various analytics tools to improve marketing campaign.
Review weekly performance reports of email, advertising, social media, website, fundraising engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Political Science, Communications or related degree
At least 6-8 years of professional work experience
Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design experience
Extensive knowledge and implementation of current trends in digital media/social media as well as traditional, digital, and event marketing and advertising best practices
Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques
Experience developing and executing marketing plans with strong communication skills and the ability to present concepts verbally
Experience with content management systems, marketing software, email marketing platforms and social platforms
Ability to manage stressful situations in a solutions-oriented way with a positive attitude
Familiarity with HTML coding and web design
