Lead and manage a high-performing Marketing team of 30 people while over-seeing all marketing efforts for the division including growth marketing and "point-of-sale" marketing (proposals, presentations and sales tools).
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate a world-class marketing team covering the Pacific
Southwest Division to include Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Arizona and Hawaii
Set and drive implementation of strategic goals/priorities for the division in alignment with the business
Serve as primary business partner and advisor to regional leadership
Serve as ambassador, champion and advocate for the Marketing platform and the CBRE brand to both internal and external audiences
Develop local market value propositions and core messaging aimed at revenue and brand share
Develop and implement internal and external marketing plans for CBRE and various sales professionals/teams throughout the region
Clearly articulate the company's position in the marketplace in order to position and effectively champion the Marketing organization as an essential revenue-driving partner to our sales professionals
Promote and leverage the full sales enablement platform across the sales funnel, specifically: delivering strategic, client-focused presentations and proposals in partnership with Research, Communications, Analysts
Creative oversight of all marketing and business development materials to ensure consistent quality, messaging, tone of voice and brand standards
Responsible for helping to drive revenue in the marketplace.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
Commercial real estate knowledge required
Position based in Downtown Los Angeles office, with ability to travel across division as needed
