Postdoctoral Research Associate, Food Marketing

The Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity at the University of Connecticut invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position beginning January 1, 2020. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the research mission of the center in nutrition, food marketing, and/or health disparities. This is a full time, annually renewable position with a maximum duration of 2 years. This Postdoctoral Fellow will contribute to research on nutrition, food marketing and health disparities under Dr. Frances Fleming-Milici, Assistant Research Professor, Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include nutritional analyses, quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analyses, literature reviews, grant writing, and writing scientific papers. Additional duties include supervising and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, including dietetics interns’ research rotation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
