The Center for Professional Education is hiring for an entry-level Marketing Assistant who will work closely with our marketing and program development teams to implement marketing plans and strategies for our courses and programs.
The Marketing Assistant will help promote CPE's brand to local and regional audiences and will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will help identify target audiences and market trends for campaign optimization as well as create digital advertisements, social media posts, email and print campaigns, and copy for print collateral.
Specific Job Duties:
Write, create, implement, and schedule digital advertisements, social media posts, email and print campaigns.
Compile data from questionnaires and other market research that will be used to optimize campaign performance and identify target audiences
Coordinate and schedule marketing collateral production
Assist in monitoring active marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Facebook Campaign Manager, and ActiveCampaign to ensure key performance indicators are being met
Submit ideas for experimental marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and customer-base growth
Write copy, make updates, and help with content layout for website, landing pages, and blog posts
Update CRM and email database to ensure customer accuracy

Must exhibit exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working under tight deadlines

Ability to be creative and proactive yet disciplined, in order to prioritize workload
