We are currently seeking a dynamic administrative marketing professional in our downtown San Francisco office to support a top broker team specializing in the Investment Sales component of CBRE's Hotels Group. Job Summary
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to deliver cutting edge, creative database and marketing projects in conjunction with performing crucial administrative functions for a team of highly successful sales professionals.
We are seeking a tech savvy individual with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is preferred.
The selected candidate will provide general administrative support to a group of sales professionals in a professional office environment. You will be responsible for preparing proposal, presentation and communication materials. You will coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as an ambassador to hotel and resort industry professionals for CBRE Hotels on any client or colleague interaction. As a key team member of the San Francisco Hotel Investment Sales group, the successful candidate plays an important part in the development of a strategy, tactical plan, and execution of campaigns to advise a broad range of clients to sell or purchase hospitality properties, primarily in Northern California, the West Coast and Hawaii, but also throughout the world.
Open to learning and understanding the critical facets of hospitality investments, including (i) the operating and financial components of both operating hotels and hotel developments, (ii) the multiple facets of hotel management and asset management and its impact on property values, and (iii) the strategic motivations for both buyers and sellers that attract them to specific properties.
Upholds CBRE's World Class Service within all sales administration deliverables that includes a wide level of complexity (i.e. project tracking, database marketing, marketing initiatives, calendaring, distributing correspondence, reporting, meeting arrangements and minutes, schedule updates, etc.).
Interfaces as the marketing liaison with stakeholders, clients, sales professionals, centralized marketing, analysis and research groups, etc.. May coordinate with other department members the creation of press releases, client sponsored or sales/client facing professional events and social media feeds.
Creates and maintains CBRE brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include offering memorandums, demographic reports, Campaign Logic eblast, Deal Flow website, property flyers, maps, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats, proposals, tour books, floor plans and qualification packages.
Creates standard listing and commission agreements; coordinates non-standard listing creation, requests and approvals with sales/client facing professional(s) and legal department(s); in coordination with other departments, maintains and tracks listings and commission agreements.
Maintains internal and external databases such as Opportunities, CBRE360, LoopNet, RCA Analytics, Costar, The Well, Salesforce.com, etc. Coordinates and compiles market and property research to include: tax reports, aerials/maps, demographics, traffic counts, etc.
Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, with some financial or accounting courses completed. Major in Hospitality is a plus, but not required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of hospitality financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with desktop, graphics, and presentation software and technology preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Systems Adobe Photoshop software, HTML and/or web application software programs preferred.
