Profitable Association, Inc. (PAI) is seeking a highly-skilled marketing professional who enjoys variable customer solutions, and is responsible for marketing, messaging, branding, and execution for both PAI and client projects. Working directly with PAI’s leadership team, you will create innovative marketing and development solutions to motivate awareness, engagement, and growth, and to help increase sales for projects across multiple association clients. Attention to detail, a knack for efficiency, and excellent customer service skills are a must!
Work with leadership team to develop and execute overall marketing and business development strategies in the association marketplace.
Manage website content for company and also client sites.
Oversee social media presence and strategies, including regular blog posts.
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive leads, including executing B2B email marketing and management of copy, creative, data base, lists, and reports.
Create and maintain an email calendar to meet sales goals and project deadlines.
Maintain multiple lists and message compliance, segmentation, and data integrity.
Provide regular reporting of sales leads based on campaign activity.
Produce marketing copy and website content.
As applicable, interface with clients’ staff and third-party vendors.
As assigned, attend client meetings and association industry events.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND
Outstanding writing skills, with inherent editing/proofreading acumen
Solid understanding of integrated marketing
Knowledge of SEO best practices and landing page optimization
Analytics background to measure results for enhanced effectiveness and efficiencies

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and similar tools; HTML; WordPress; Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager; Salesforce; MailChimp or similar email automation platforms; and social media platforms.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, advertising, English, or a related field is preferred
A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, preferably in an association or advertising agency environment. Candidates should have at least three years of digital technology, web, and social media experience.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations and projects, and perform special projects as assigned.
An ability to work across a range of platforms and tools while applying multiple disciplines, serving the team and clients to deliver success.
A self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach, with an ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
Trade Shows & Event experience is a plus
Experience working for or with Associations is a plus
Prior sales or small business experience is a plus
