Bowie Gridley Architects seeks a Marketing Administrator to assist in marketing and communication projects. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, special events, and assisting with brand awareness. As part of a multi-person marketing team, this position is the lead on various marketing activities and acts as support for the activities of the Principals or others.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, English, or related fields)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
Proficient with Creative Cloud graphic design software a plus (Photoshop and InDesign)
Knowledge of social media preferred
Experience working in WordPress
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong writing skills
Organizational skills are critical
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as a self-starter
