The Product Marketing Manager will be a guiding force in defining the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and executing on it with help from Product Management, Marketing and Sales. The person must have a passion for marketing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customer's workflows. The individual must possess expertise to perform market analysis backed by data, great communication skills, and an eye for design and details. Creativity is key requirement as many times the customer looks to CBRE to provide solutions to their problems. This position is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. In addition to internal constituents, you will also work with customers, and partners to understand the market and to support the business. The work is often translating product features to customer benefits, and therefore a strong customer orientation is critical, and past Marketing or Brand Management would be very valuable in this position.
Responsibilities: Study company products
Translate technical details into benefits for the user/client
Follow and analyze market trends to position products
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, content)
Work with various teams (design, content, product, sales) to implement strategies
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Qualifications: Proven experience in product marketing
Strong Background in copywriting and design is a plus
Experience in market analysis
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
