Association Communications/Marketing Support Specialist
Position reports to one or several Association Administrators (Account Executives) within a multi-association management company framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to the following:
Meeting Registration forms
Workshop/Education Registration forms
Special Event Marketing Flyers (Vendor Nights, Holiday Events, Sporting Clays Event, Golf Tournaments, etc.)
Annual Conference Marketing Flyers, programs, attendee materials
Signage for events
Website graphics to promote meetings/events and possible upgrade to sites
Newsletter layout for monthly, quarterly newsletters 1-4 pages.
Layout for 1 quarterly magazine
Preparation of flyers/announcements for emailing via Mail Chimp or Constant Contact
Assistance with organization of records, maintaining files as needed for the associations.
General assistance to the Account Executives as assigned in preparation of events or
office supplies, make bank deposits. Valid driver’s license and good driving record
