The Director of Sales & Marketing (DSM) is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the hospital sales and marketing initiatives in their assigned hospital. With the Region's senior leadership, hospital's senior leadership and marketing staff, the DSM will implement core standardized marketing and training practices and procedures to achieve the hospital's vision, mission and goals. The DSM will provide support to enable hospital to meet admissions and census goals, provide marketing leadership and support to their assigned facility to meet business objectives. The DSM is responsible for supporting, mentoring and leading the hospital sales team.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Clinical Licensure preferred. (RN/LPN/RT)
Minimum of five years' experience in healthcare/post acute marketing and sales.
Management experience over a sales team preferred. Proven record of success.
