Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation is seeking applicants for the position of Marketing/ Key Accounts Coordinator for our Murfreesboro Office (Corporate). The successful candidate must have a four-year college degree from an accredited college with emphasis in business, management, or marketing, or the equivalent in formal education and experience. Should have knowledge of basic sales and marketing skills. Prefer knowledge of electric utility procedures and design. Experience in public contact is desirable. Must be able to work with members, employees, commercial and industrial customers, developers, local leaders, the general public, and outside agencies.
Responsibilities will include researching and developing marketing strategies; establishing and maintaining contacts with commercial and industrial members, local leaders and potential members; coordinating energy right® for business program, comprehensive services program, and load management programs; working with developers, promoting approved TVA programs and pilot programs; and offering technical assistance while marketing MTEMC’s services and products which are beneficial to the member and cooperative.
