The Director of Marketing role is a senior level, exempt position that develops, maintains and recommends marketing policies, strategy and activities. This includes developing guidelines for branding, advertising, promotional events, public relations opportunities, media and social media presence. Additionally, the position leads the execution of all marketing activities.
Our ideal applicant will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, and at least 3-5 years of experience in financial institution marketing and brand awareness.
