The Business Services Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for building the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for our Enterprise sales channels. This position plans, develops, and implements strategic, integrated marketing plans targeted to medium and large-sized businesses. This position also provides marketing support to the Carrier Services sales channel.
Develops marketing strategies to generate and nurture sales leads for our Enterprise sales channel and loyalty among our existing customers.
Works with external agency partners to manage the development of content (whitepapers, webinars, eBooks, infographics, videos, etc.) and the execution of all marketing campaigns in support of the Enterprise sales channel.
Develops and executes on a communication framework, including the creation of compelling marketing and sales assets to drive leads, close sales, and develop relationships with our customers.
Builds programs that help us build awareness, loyalty and excitement for our Enterprise service offerings.
Defines and validates our positioning, value proposition, and branding for medium and large-sized businesses, specifically those in the health care, education and government industries.
Manages ongoing messaging and communication channels for our Enterprise customers to keep them informed and engaged about important company and product updates.
Develops content marketing and thought leadership programs that allow the company to reach new audiences through the press, social media, and digital channels.
Establishes goals, tracks performance, and measures and communicates results for all Enterprise channel marketing programs.
Manages list segmentation efforts to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion. Other duties and/or responsibilities not specifically set forth above may, however, be assigned as needed.

Bachelor's degree (B. A) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise marketing. Prefer 10 years of experience in the technology, cable, and/or telecommunications industries.
A track-record of building measurable B2B marketing programs that deliver against business goals is required. Must possess experience developing go-to-market strategies and programs, including lead generation and nurturing, website development, social media marketing, content marketing, thought leadership initiatives, and events. Proven vendor management skills are required with experience managing external creative partners and agencies. Experience with budget development and management is essential. Advertising and marketing copywriting experience is preferred.
A strong understanding of branding, media planning, and creative development process, both traditionally and online.
Excellent program and project management skills – development of concepts and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
Must be extremely well organized with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel.\
The position requires up to 25% travel.
