NAVIS is thrilled to be hiring an experienced Territory Sales Consultant to our growing team! This position can be virtual / remotely-based in the United States.
The Territory System Consultant builds relationships with key prospects and account executives, understands their business objectives, gives consultative advice, and earns trust with prospects and clients. He/she consults with prospects or clients to help achieve their goals and drives business strategies to meet revenue and profit objectives while maximizing the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. The Territory System Consultant takes a leadership role in selling the NAVIS data capturing solutions and advises and coaches existing clients, developing and building loyal client relationships, and maintaining strong team leadership with other NAVIS colleagues.

NAVIS Territory Sales Consultants have support - a Sales Development team assisting with leads and prospects, Solutions Strategists that are product experts that can help support the sale, several advertising campaigns, active participation in industry trade shows and events, the NAVIS Leaders Conference, and more.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new clients' needs for NAVIS CRM solutions
Plan and prioritize sales activities and prospect contact towards achieving established business goals
Plan and manage business portfolio / territory
Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to established business goals
Use NAVIS customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems and update keep relevant information held in these systems up-to-date
Plan, carry out, and support marketing activities to established budgets and timelines, and integrate ales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using NAVIS SOPs
Attend and present at external client meetings and internal meetings with other company functions as necessary
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals
Attend training to continually improve knowledge, techniques and skills
Maintain strong team relationships with Sales Consultants, Client Advocates and other NAVIS colleagues / departments
Other duties as assigned
LOCATION OF POSITION:
United States - remote / virtual. We would be open to a remote / virtual arrangement for the right sales professional with experience working successfully from a home office.
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent education preferred
Experience in the Hotel, Resort, Vacation Rental, Hospitality and/or Hospitality Technology industries required
Territory System Consultants are skilled with knowledge of solid business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management experience
You must be a consultative seller - SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, and/or Dale Carnegie or other Consultative Selling training
Proven experience with full life cycle sales - prospecting / hunting for new business, initiating contact with prospects, qualifying prospects, holding in-person discovery meetings, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, writing contracts, and closing business
The ability and desire to travel within your assigned territory, market, and to NAVIS corporate locations from 50-60% of the time is required
Intermediate Salesforce (SFDC) or equivalent CRM required and Marketo preferred
Successful experience working in a remote office environment
A thorough understanding of the SaaS-based software model and SaaS software products preferred
Previous knowledge of the NAVIS suite of services is preferred
