Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), the Chief Business Development, Strategy & Marketing Officer is responsible for the identification, development, and deployment of a unique Northern Arizona Healthcare experience that will establish the NAH brand, supported by the integration of organizational strategy, business development and growth. Key among this position’s responsibilities will be the integration of business intelligence, consumer data and patient experience data in positioning NAH as the healthcare provider of choice for the communities served.
With over $500 million in net revenue, NAH is a Level 1 nonprofit healthcare delivery system serving more than 700,000 people in communities across a region that encompasses more than 50,000 square miles.
NAH provides comprehensive healthcare services through two hospitals – Flagstaff Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center – as well as through primary care and specialty physician clinics, outpatient surgical centers, the Heart & Vascular Center of Northern Arizona, Cancer Centers of Northern Arizona Healthcare, EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine, Fit Kids of Arizona, Guardian Air and Guardian Medical Transport and Valley View Care.
Flagstaff is located near the center of Northern Arizona at the juncture of Interstate 17 and Interstate 40, about 150 miles north of Phoenix, AZ and 80 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Minimum of three years executive experience in business development, strategy, marketing, communications and business analytics
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
Experience with multi-entity enterprise
Healthcare experience preferred
