Business Dev Consultant I – ADH Corporate Sales and Marketing – Maitland AdventHealth seeks to hire a Business Dev Consultant I who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ. Department Profile: The AdventHealth Marketing team is comprised of non-clinical staff responsible for the promotion of medical services and service-lines, programs and on-site capabilities to past, present and future patients of AdventHealths. We work directly with administration, physicians, clinical staff and service line experts to insure an accurate representation of hospital capabilities as it relates to both the campus and the Florida Brand entity. Work Hours/Shifts: Monday - Friday 8a -5p; Friday 8a – 2:30p Job Summary: - The role of the Business Development Consultant I is to develop business opportunities for:
- 2960 - ADHCC BHS within the business and tourist sector. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the occupational and urgent care needs of the customer is essential to maximizing the benefits that ADH could potentially offer.
- 5418 – Experience Network team by working with marketing teams, advertising agencies, businesses, and alliance partners. Thorough advertising knowledge is essential to maximizing the benefits that ADH could potentially offer. This includes maintaining and growing existing contracts as well as identifying new opportunities to grow service offerings.
- Responsible for generating a minimum of $100,000 or budget as assigned in annual revenue for an assigned employer base.
- Adheres to AdventHealth Corporate Compliance plan, or AdventHealth advertising criteria guidelines, as appropriate to position, and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
- This position actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience Required: - Excellent Communication and Service Recovery Skills
- Good Computer Skills, Microsoft Office
- Able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- High energy level with exceptional people skills
- Knowledge of Central Florida employer community (2960) or advertising concepts (5418) (Preferred)
- Occupational Health Sales (2960), or sales (5418) and Marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing and public relations. Five or more years experience in sales/marketing field with proven results.
