Position Overview The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering effective, high-impact marketing campaigns that stand out from the Firm’s rivals, resonate with busy target audiences, reinforce and enhance the Firm’s brand, and ultimately contribute to new leads and business development opportunities. Those campaigns will include both inbound and outbound components, and will be delivered across a wide range of media channels, including digital, direct, social media, PR and events. The position will deliver major campaigns on a hands-on basis. Specifically, the Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns have clear objectives, measurement and reporting in place, and will make recommendations to the team and the Head of Campaign Marketing on how to improve performance going forward. This position will involve working closely with Campaign teammates based in London, UK, as well as Design, Web, Communications and Business Development professionals; external agencies; BCLP attorneys; and other creators or editors of content. Responsibilities •Deliver successful marketing campaigns for the firm – taking an active, hands-on role. Project manage and handle operations and logistics for those campaigns – including owning the campaign and content calendars and ensuring we meet our campaign milestones. •Analyze those aspects of our marketing campaigns that are working effectively and those that are not, recommending improvements and ultimately helping develop a view on campaign ROI. Ensure measurement strategies are in place and provide status reports + recommendations to the Head of Campaign Marketing. •Develop insights by any means necessary (eg client and media listening programs, competitor research and fee earner interviews) to identify and propose campaign and communication opportunities. •Collaborate closely and effectively with Digital, PR, Internal Comms, Design, Research, Marketing, Business Development and Legal colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns. Seek and rely on their support and specialist expertise to deliver the campaigns. •Write agency briefs, appoint and manage external agencies to help us differentiate and deliver successful campaigns. •While this role will include a blend of big picture campaign thinking and hands-on delivery, delegate tasks effectively to avoid ‘getting stuck in the fine detail’. •Ensure we are maximizing the potential of our campaign communications and seeking to amplify the reach of our campaigns by coordinating delivery across multiple channels, including direct, social media, PR, events and other channels. •Identify opportunities to improve content used within our campaigns, for example offering constructive critique on written materials. •Keep an eye on what our competitors are up to in terms of communications so that our campaigns can stand out from the crowd. •Contribute ideas, commercial thinking and energy that will help us stimulate client demand, generate more new leads for BCLP and help us differentiate our brand in the market.

•Ability to ‘think big’ in terms of campaigns and have the both the drive and commercial marketing nous to help deliver results. •Ability to be hands-on and deliver individual aspects of the campaigns when required. •Experience of either working within an in-house marketing department or, if you come from a marketing agency, have extensive experience in supporting companies to deliver marketing campaigns •Experience delivering at least five of the following components within a marketing context: account-based marketing campaigns (ABM); experiential events; trade or client events; webinars; social media programs; marketing automation programs; thought leadership campaigns; PR campaigns; advertising campaigns; branding campaigns; experiential campaigns; video marketing initiatives; apps. •Proven experience in one of B2B, real estate or financial services sectors. •Demonstrable passion for marketing. Ability to articulate a vision for how marketing and campaigns can contribute to business success within a B2B, professional services environment. •Must have a good appreciation of modern marketing techniques and channels, including an appreciation of both inbound and outbound marketing disciplines. •Ability to write well and discern effective from tired marketing content. •Must understand the different types of content and tone that work best on different channels. •Must have commercial nous, tenacity and be brimming with ideas. We work hard, but love what we do and like to have fun in our team. •Must be a highly-organized project manager and effective communicator, able to influence those around you – particularly when working in extended campaign teams. •Must be analytical, results-oriented, be able to set SMART campaign objectives, be a clear communicator and an effective delegator. •Ability to convey sales messages in a persuasive, client-centric way. •Must be able to work autonomously - making recommendations to internal clients, managing workload and making decisions. •Ability to handle escalations in a calm, professional manner and find solutions to problems. Travel This position requires the travel domestically and internationally up to 5 times per year.
