Nemours is seeking a Marketing & Communications Program Manager (FULL-TIME) to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida.
At Nemours, each Associate plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of world-class pediatric care to the children we serve. The team based at our home office in Jacksonville, Fla. provides essential administrative, financial and technical support to Nemours operations across all locations.
The Marketing & Communication Program Manager is responsible for leading development and implementation of comprehensive, integrated marketing and communication programs for Nemours Children’s Specialty Care operations in North Florida markets. This position services as an extension of the Director of Marketing to cover the full continuum of work and as the primary point of contact between clinical and administrative leadership of Nemours operations in North Florida and the Marketing and Communications department.
Facilitates and leads work with multidisciplinary team members including consumer insights, brand marketing, web design, content, physician liaisons, design services, public relations, social media, government relations and community relations to develop and implement approved marketing initiatives
Manages contracted staff
Manages development and implementation of strategic integrated marketing and communication campaigns for prioritized service lines to support Nemours business objectives in North Florida markets.
Maintains an in-depth understanding of service line goals, and profitability to inform marketing efforts.
Leads planning and execution of integrated campaigns through multiple marketing channels including advertising, earned media, social media and community relations.
Prepares and provides oversight of marketing budgets for assigned service lines and geographies.
Provides ongoing stewardship to insure dollars allocated to marketing activities are optimized throughout the fiscal year.
Monthly monitoring of marketing spend against budget. Ensures invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Accesses and interprets data from multiple sources in order to glean insight to inform strategy.
Conducts market analysis utilizing quantitative and qualitative market information to guide the development of differentiated programs, insightful marketing strategies and targeted tactics.
Analyze and report on campaign results including ROI and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and guide future efforts.
Manages multiple assignments and relationships in two North Florida markets.
Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
Responsible for end-to-end campaign management including: establishing campaign objectives and strategies, identifying marketing channels, developing content, tracking progress and measuring success using data to analyze performance of campaign against key performance indicators.
Proactively manages work with internal departments as well as external vendors to ensure all campaign activities are implemented on time and within budget.
Maintains creative oversight of marketing materials including adherence to brand standards
Serves as the primary point of contact in Marketing & Communications for clinical and administrative leadership of Nemours Children’s Specialty Care operations in Jacksonville and Pensacola.
Provides consultation on marketing, communication, public relations and social media best practices.
Collaborates with service line administration and physician leaders to identify growth objectives and marketing needs for priority programs.
Serves as primary point of contact in Marketing & Communications with affiliated hospitals or community partners in Jacksonville and Pensacola.
Collaborates with Marketing & Communication leadership in partner organizations to develop and implement marketing programs that support the business objectives of both Nemours and its partners.
Earned and Social Media
Identifies opportunities to advance the Nemours brand in social and earned media channels in Pensacola and Jacksonville.
Facilitates production and deployment of content for social and earned media opportunities.
Serves as media relations representative for NCSC, Pensacola and NCSC, Jacksonville.
Utilizes a keen sense of what ‘makes’ a story for a wide variety news organizations and a deep understanding of the elements needed to secure the interest of journalists in order to turn strategic priorities into positive earned media coverage.
Proactively identify issues that may impact the organization’s reputation and facilitates development of communications plans to mitigate situation.
Serve as an organization spokesperson when necessary.
Leads community relations activities for both North Florida markets including vetting sponsorship requests, identifying opportunities to strategically involve Nemours in community activities, and fulfilling requirements of sponsorships. Tracks and reports out the return on investment for all community relations investments.

Experience in healthcare marketing and project management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond in a timely manner.
