This Marketing Manager will responsible for:
Working collaboratively with the Group Marketing Manager, management and key stakeholders to create marketing and communication strategies, which include the planning that drives business outcomes through integrated multi-channel campaigns for clinical service lines, business development, physician networks and/or the enterprise brand.
Partnering with their direct manager in developing the key elements required to create and deliver a marketing plan.
Collaborating with Digital, Communications and Market Research teams to optimize digital marketing best practices and produce the necessary content and deliverables to achieve the objectives outlined in the annual plan.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, managing the Boston Children's physician network marketing programs to enhance network relationships and help them grow their practice while and increasing the visibility of Boston Children's by expanding its local, regional and national footprint.
Providing marketing and practice-building counsel to physicians and their team.
Designing and implementing marketing programs to promote Boston Children's community network physicians to external audiences.
Managing the development of communication and promotional materials consistent with the strategic plan.
Coordinating marketing with the local practice liaison to support community events, PR and other marketing activities as needed.
Utilizing digital communication vehicles, social/SEM/SEO to promote practice and hospital programs and outreaching to promote the new physicians.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, business, healthcare or equivalent and at least 5 years' experience in marketing and communication building and executing digital and multichannel lead generation and/or brand campaigns.
Experience managing relationships with stakeholders required.
A strong thorough knowledge of digital design tools, web analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google Adwords, and content management tools (i.e., Brandmaker).
An excellent hands-on demonstrated understanding of social media, social media platforms, search, digital marketing and metrics.
Experience with marketing physician networks/medical groups is highly desirable.
Experience with managing co-op marketing programs preferred.
Must be able to build and maintain active strategic relationships across key internal and external stakeholders, including network and practice leaders.
