Description: Routinely interacts internally with the Development Director, Associate Development Director, WERS Operations Manager, Membership Coordinator and Business Analyst, and with on-air hosts and (student) members of the WERS street team as well as (student) promotions, programming, music, web staff, production and Live Mix coordinators and externally with listeners, contest winners, municipal entities, retail and non-profit organizations, other media, and various departments of the college.

Required Knowledge: Team player who is detail-oriented, self-starter, and highly organized.An understanding of the dynamics of radio broadcasting and streaming including the relationship between product development, production, ratings, and revenue production.Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience (3-5 years) in the field.Must have a working knowledge of website operation, content management, and social media.
Preferred/Desirable Knowledge: Some knowledge of FCC law helpful.
