The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering messaging and product representation to the field for the Process Business Unit. The role will be seen as a commercial leader globally in the business unit for sales engagement, voice of the customer, commercial collateral, and field issues.
Proven ability to present new process technologies and roadmaps to internal and external Distributed Control Systems (DCS) customers
Represent the business unit for customer presentations and meetings
Lead voice of customer engagements
Direct involvement with commercial and customer facing issues of the software business
Responsible for reviewing launch plans with commercial marketing
Identify strategies for customer product lifecycle management
Recognize opportunities for legacy migration and elegant migrations of key products
Drive commercial messaging to drive sales and field engagement.
Collaborate with product management, commercial engineering, and commercial marketing to drive content generation for the business.
Commercial lead on product quality issues and other customer issues owned by the business unit.
Responsible for developing strategies to optimize the performance of existing and new product use and value
