Responsible for administrative tasks within the marketing team as well as performing template work. Will help the team with editing materials, working on basic tasks for team members and various marketing-related requests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Types, formats, and produces documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.
May perform administrative duties specific to department such as, conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for tenant distribution.
Responsible for opening, sorting, prioritizing and distributing inbound mail. Coordinates services for outbound mail.
Answers phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Assist in the conception, logistics planning, execution of all special events at the Hill Country Galleria. This includes concerts, festivals, fashion shows, wine events, farmers market, walk/runs, and all holiday events. Attendance is required for many the outdoor events that take place in the evenings and on weekends. You will be the point person for artist meet and greets and all backstage coordination; multi-tasting is important.
Work to update the backend of the website by maintaining the event calendar, store promotions, and store listings.
Work closely with Marketing Manager, PR agency and social media firm on various marketing tasks including tenant communication, event preparation, ordering supplies, keeping an organized calendar, updating the media, and incubating new ideas.
Helps to uphold company brand standards and guidelines when working on projects.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum 2 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
