Position Description - The Department of Marketing in the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University is seeking a tenured full Professor of Marketing, who will also hold the Iacocca Chair. The starting date is Fall 2019 but can be adjusted for the right candidate.
The Department of Marketing is a collegial group of dedicated professionals focused on conducting research with impact, enhancing the educational experience of our students, and generating positive visibility to the academic community by means of their contributions. We are looking for a colleague to provide leadership in scholarship and mentoring to our faculty and students. There is no restriction on the candidate's substantive research topics or methodological approaches. Candidates for the position must possess an earned doctorate in marketing from an AACSB or equivalently accredited university and have the requisite qualifications, background, and stature to be eligible for appointment as a full professor at Lehigh University. Our faculty exhibit evidence of excellence in teaching as indicated by student feedback, peer recognition, and have an impactful record of internal and external service activities. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience.
