Requirements

• Self starter with a builder’s mindset — you don’t wait for direction; you create momentum

• Highly motivated and driven to grow — you bring energy, consistency, and follow through

• Comfortable knocking on doors (literally or figuratively) — outreach, networking, and initiating conversations come naturally

• Experience in promotional products and/or branded apparel OR a strong desire to learn the industry quickly

• Ability to translate client needs into product solutions — from apparel programs to event swag to custom gifting

• Strong relationship?building skills — you connect with people easily and maintain trust over time

• Organized and process?minded — you can follow systems, use templates, and keep projects moving

• Comfortable working remotely with a team that communicates often and collaborates closely

• Resilient and resourceful — you can handle challenges, find answers, and keep clients confident
