ElevatingHOME seeks a Vice President, Membership and Marketing. This is a full time position, working on location in Crystal City/Arlington, VA.

Spearheads outreach and engagement to identify, target and confirm new ElevatingHOME members;
Develops and directs new member orientation processes;
Identifies and collaborates with colleagues on opportunities to enhance member engagement;
Drives communications and branding efforts to effectively promote membership benefits;
Reports to CEO and Board of Directors on membership program goals and performance;
Tracks and analyzes membership expenses, income and trends.
Requirements include at least five years of membership and/or business development experience. Candidate must have proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing and analyzing data. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of initiative and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
