Creates and implements a comprehensive sports marketing and sales program for all Division I-A sports to increase the fan base and revenue streams.
Designs, coordinates, and implements activities related to the University Game Day Experience; including executing game day and halftime atmosphere and promotions.
Oversees and coordinates Marketing, Media Relations, Multi-Media Services, IMG Properties, IMG Ticket Sales, and Ticket Office.
Provides leadership and is the point of contact in the University's licensing efforts.
Designs and coordinates the productions of print materials (fan guide, ticket sales brochures, posters, schedule cards, print ads, etc.)
Prepares and monitors the budget of the Marketing Department.
Manages, designs, and implements student and youth group initiatives and clubs.
Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.
Adheres to University and department policies, procedures, and regulations. Adheres to laws, bylaws, rules, policies, regulations, and constitutional provisions of the federal government, state of Mississippi, IHL Board, The University of Southern Mississippi, NCAA, Conference USA, or any other governing body.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
