HeBS Digital is expanding its team of talented professionals by adding a high energy full-time, Business Development Executive (Sales) position scoping potential activities for securing new clients that cover the state of California.
We are seeking a self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality, preferably digital sales. The candidate can work from home or office and communicate and coordiante all activities with executive oversight in New York City. In state travel to clients and conferences will be made available on an as needed basis along with a visit to headquarters in NYC.
As a Full-Time Business Development Executive, your responsibilities include: Primary Responsibilities:
Prospect new leads and qualify existing leads. Develop new client engagements via sales calls, email, industry trade shows and conferences. Identify and close new hospitality clients for HeBS Digital services. Perform analysis of client needs and identify solutions to those needs. Master the complex suite of services and technologies of HeBS Digital. Perform analysis of client needs and identify solutions to those needs. Perform phone, Webex, join.me, and face-to-face presentations of HeBS Digital capabilities. Manage internal and external sales processes – make sure all client deliverables are presented and delivered on time, and client expectations are being met. Weekly reporting and close communication with the Business Development Manager and EVP.
Minimum of 4-year college degree; BS/BA in Business, Technology or Marketing preferred Driven and proven sales experience. You must be a sales hunter. Computer proficiency required including Sales Force, MS Office, and Internet research. Experience making presentations in front of groups. Proven record of new account growth and retention. Must be comfortable in boutique company environment with emphasis on team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality. Must be a team player.
Highly preferable: Minimum 2 years of digital marketing technology and services sales to the hospitality industry (specifically website technology, CMS, CRS, CRM, online media, SEM, SEO, Social Media, Mobile Marketing). Working knowledge of hospitality and travel industry and technology/marketing solutions
