Our client, an entrepreneurial and growing private equity house is actively looking for an experienced Investor Relations Marketing Manager to join their team in a role encompassing client services, business development support and marketing. Based in City, this is a fantastic opportunity for Private Equity Marketing Specialists to further develop and progress in a collaborative and challenging environment.
Please note, this role is not asset raising.
Marketing and Investor Relations Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sales & Business Development Support - responding to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from potential institutional investors, managing the pre-sales process including production of bespoke marketing literature, pitchbooks, presentations and brochureware
Client Services and Client Reporting - ongoing day to day management of client queries and production of monthly, quarterly and annual bespoke client reports
Marketing - working closely with communications agencies on PR activities and managing a website rebrand project via digital marketing specialist agency.
Process Management - management and maintenance of the team's workload, delegating responsibilities and ensuring time is efficiently managed and deadlines are met.
Stakeholder Management - working with internal teams, including sales, investments and compliance and maintaining strong relationships
Mentoring - mentoring junior team members and acting as a number two to the head of the team
Marketing and Investor Relations Manager's Past Experience, Knowledge & Personal Attributes:
3+ year's previous experience in house or working in an placement agency supporting Private Equity marketing and investor relations activities
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Exceptional written and communication skills, with confidence in interacting with key stakeholders.
Demonstrable interest in marketing and institutional investment trends in private markets
Attentive to detail, highly organised with an ability to build good working relationships.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with MBA or CFA qualifications preferred but by no means essential
