Vivere is looking for an enthusiastic and polished Marketing Manager who is passionate about building referrals and relationships and desires a great work environment where families can make their dreams come true. We are growing and are excited about the opportunity to add a new Marketing Manager to support our partner facility, New England Fertility.
New England Fertility was founded in 1991 by Dr. Gad Lavy with the goal of providing state-of-the-art fertility treatment to couples and individuals seeking help conceiving. It was the first non-hospital-based outpatient in vitro fertilization (IVF) center in the state of Connecticut, as well as the first infertility treatment center in Connecticut to have a baby born from a cryopreserved egg. NEF was also a pioneer in providing innovative fertility therapies such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), and egg freezing, and is recognized as one of the largest egg donor/gestational surrogacy programs in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
The position will be responsible for the following activities:
Maintains and grow physician referrals through on-site visits and networking events
Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing and sales plans to meet volume goals. This includes the direct to consumer marketing initiatives, as well as online strategies.
Leads and is account able for efforts to ensure practice is positioned competitively to protect and grow market share. This includes routine analysis of the strengths and services of competitors.
Identify and establish metrics and measures of success for all local marketing efforts, creating a metrics dashboard to report outcomes on a periodically
Budget marketing expenses and submit budget reports as directed by supervisor
Communicates with media on behalf of designated facility and/or manages interaction for surgery center staff including press releases, communication with media
Collects and develops fresh content for publication on practice website and social media outlets
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field
Demonstrated success with direct-to-consumer marketing in the healthcare environment preferred
Previous experience in the fertility industry and/or interfacing with OB/GYNs preferred
Outgoing personality with superior oral and written communication skills
Self-starter who works independently and as a member of a team, taking initiative and meeting objectives
